Welcome Back!

First Day of Class

Uniform:

•   Pants, shorts, skirts (Nothing above the mid-thigh)
•   T-Shirt (no low cuts, no mid-riffs, no obscene logos) - if you do not have one, one will be provided for you.
•   Mono-color (natural colored) hair (pulled back for the females, well kept for the males)
•   No Fake nails (more details in class)
•   Only 1 ear piercing with small hoops or posts (no other piercings)
•   No visible tatoos
•   Please try not to wear extremely fragrant deodorant, perfume, body spray, lotion, etc.

  

Class Rules:

•   No Cell Phones (unless instructor lead)
•   Eating & Drinking (You clean up your own area)
•   Must be to class on-time (which means 5 - 10 mins early) - Tardies and absences will affect grade
• Class Time is from 8:00 am - 10:00 am everyday until internships.

Parking: 

• Fill out the form as much as possible even if you are not driving to FHS. 
• You will park in the Junior parking area.

Must haves:

  Two copies of your BLS CPR card

  Two copies of all your immunizations (with the immunization cover, signed by doctor/nurse)

  Two copies of your TB test by September 21st.
